Frictionless ESG Data for
Enterprise Supply Chains
CompliBee simplifies sustainability reporting for SMEs supplying CSRD-regulated buyers. Map invoices to disclosures, evaluate Excel-like formulas, and automate report dispatch.
The CSRD Burden, Automated
Why SMEs and global supply chains trust CompliBee to solve reporting friction.
The Supply Chain Friction
EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) mandates force big enterprises to report on their Scope 3 supply chain. This pushes heavy ESG data requests down to smaller suppliers (SMEs). SMEs face spreadsheet overload, costly consultants, and complex compliance frameworks they aren't trained for.
The CompliBee Solution
We provide a lightweight, multi-tenant workspace tailored exactly to the EFRAG VSME Basic Module standard. SMEs log raw inputs (utility bills, mileage records) and map them to standard disclosures using simple, Excel-like formulas. CompliBee tracks versions, so you can work on drafts and freeze them as immutable reports ready for audit.
EFRAG VSME Standard Disclosures
Map resource registers to the Voluntary ESRS framework natively supported by our engine.
Disclosure B3: Energy & GHG Emissions
Tracks direct energy usage, grid electricity consumed, and resulting Scope 1 and Scope 2 greenhouse gas emissions.
SUM(electricity_invoices) * 0.42 + SUM(diesel_logs) * 2.68Our Vision
"Compliance shouldn't be a tax on small business. By automating VSME disclosures, CompliBee transforms regulatory burdens into transparent competitive advantages, enabling green supply chains to scale."
Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about the VSME framework and automated supply-chain reporting.
What is the EFRAG VSME framework?
The Voluntary ESRS (VSME) is a simplified ESG reporting standard drafted by EFRAG (European Financial Reporting Advisory Group). It is designed specifically for non-listed small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to satisfy sustainability data requests from their larger value chain partners (who are subject to the CSRD directive) in a standardized, low-burden format.
How does report versioning work?
Using the Reports Hub, you start by creating a draft via our step-by-step Source Wizard. Once you are happy with the results, you publish and freeze the report. This creates an immutable version (e.g., v1) that is audit-ready and can be exported to PDF and JSON. If you need to make changes, you unlock the report to create a new draft branch (e.g., v2-draft).
What formulas are supported in the mapping engine?
CompliBee supports Excel-like calculations such as `SUM(variable)`, `AVERAGE(variable)`, and multiplication factors. This allows you to take physical inputs (e.g. `SUM(electricity_bill_kwh)`) and multiply by environmental emission factors (e.g. `0.42` for grid carbon intensity) to generate standard ESG metric values natively in real-time.
Does CompliBee support multiple tenant companies?
Yes! CompliBee is fully multi-tenant. Users can create, switch between, and manage multiple company workspaces. You can also invite colleagues via email to collaborate on logging invoices, mapping formulas, and reviewing dispatch schedules.
